City Limits is a group of local musicians out of the Tri-cityies of Michigan and has just released their latest single The Plan.
The Plan is a catchy upbeat pop-rock style song with a poker theme. Each and every line in the song is a carefully crafted metaphor pertaining to the personality of the songwriter, however it is written in such a way that it can be taken literally or for you to form your own personal interpretation of its meaning.
