The song “Somebody Said” is about a guy hoping gossip and social media texts from his friends doesn’t end his new love before it gets going.

Lee Desty is an award winning singer songwriter of folk pop from Southampton in England. “Somebody Said” is the title track of his third album of original songs issued recently, An accomplished finger style guitarist, Lee lists his among musical influences as Paul Simon, Cat Stevens, John Martyn, Gordon Lightfoot and Nick Drake.

In 2017 one of his songs “Always Reminders” won the Hollywood USA Song Contest and his music has won fans from all over the world.
